What does this tool do?

Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Reordering, watermark removal and page insertion all happen inside your current browser; no file is sent to any server.
Can it handle encrypted PDFs?
Unencrypted or edit-restricted PDFs usually work; PDFs with an open password may not be readable.
Which watermarks can be removed?
Only watermarks drawn as rotated text (for example a diagonal "DRAFT / CONFIDENTIAL"). Image-based or line-based watermarks are not detected — crop those with the image editor instead.
