可以。采用 PDF 标准加密（AES-256），主流阅读器都支持：打开时输入你设置的密码即可。
忘记密码还能解密吗？
不能，任何工具都无法凭空找回密码——这正是加密的意义。解密功能只在你「知道密码」时帮你移除它。
文件会被上传吗？
不会。加密与解密都在当前浏览器内完成，断网也能用；密码也不会被记录。
