How accurate is it?
It uses the OpenCC dictionary for word-level conversion with regional handling (e.g. 软件 → 軟件, 鼠标 → 滑鼠). Simplified and Traditional are not one-to-one — one simplified char can map to several traditional ones (后 → 後/后, 发 → 發/髮) — so it uses the general Traditional standard; proofread for critical use.

Why OpenCC instead of per-character mapping?
Per-character mapping breaks words apart. OpenCC does longest-match with a dictionary, handling words and regional variants far better.
Is my text uploaded?
No. Conversion runs locally; only the OpenCC dictionary file is fetched from a CDN once. Your text is never sent.
Which variants are supported?
Simplified (cn) ⇄ general Traditional (t) by default. OpenCC also covers HK/TW differences and can be extended.

- 一词多义的词（如「后面」）默认按常用词转换，特定语境需要手工校正。Ambiguous words such as 后面 use the common mapping; unusual contexts may need manual fixes.
- 简繁并非一对一：「干」在「干净/干活/干燥」里分别对应不同繁体字。Simplified and traditional are not one-to-one: 干 maps to different characters in 干净, 干活 and 干燥.
- 词库优先从 CDN 加载，失败时退回内置常用字表，长文的转换精度会略有差别。The dictionary loads from a CDN first and falls back to a built-in table, so long texts may convert slightly differently.
