UUID v4 GENERATOR
UUID generator, batch random, no collisions.
Generate RFC 4122 v4 random UUIDs with the browser’s crypto-grade randomness. Set count and hyphen/case format — handy for DB keys, tracking IDs and test data.
Everything runs locally in your browser
What is this?
A UUID is a 32-hex-char identifier; v4 is fully random, so collisions are astronomically unlikely. This tool uses crypto.getRandomValues, safer than Math.random, good for primary keys or tracking IDs.
FAQ
Are the UUIDs truly unique?
v4 UUIDs have 122 random bits — collision probability is negligible for engineering use, but not an absolute cryptographic guarantee. Add business constraints for critical cases.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.
