怎么用在线录屏？
点“开始录制”，在系统弹窗里选要录制的屏幕、窗口或标签页，确定后工具开始计时录制。需要录解说就选“麦克风”。录完点“停止”，可预览回放并下载为 WebM 视频。文件不会离开你的电脑。

注意事项Things to watch
- 浏览器只允许通过授权弹窗选择录制来源，未授权就无法开始。Recording sources can only be picked through the browser permission dialog; without it nothing starts.
- 需要声音时要在弹窗里同时勾选麦克风或系统音频，否则默认无声。Tick microphone or system audio in the dialog or the recording stays silent.
- 长时间录制会占用大量内存，建议 30 分钟以内并分段落盘。Long recordings eat memory — keep sessions under about 30 minutes.
