Why do times differ?
Every 15° of longitude is one hour apart, dividing the world into 24 main time zones. Many countries also use daylight saving time (DST), shifting clocks forward one hour in summer, so a city’s UTC offset changes by season. This tool uses the browser’s built-in IANA time zone database, including local DST rules.
