What counts as solving it?
Slide Cao Cao (the wide two-cell piece) out through the bottom channel so the four generals can no longer trap him. When he reaches the bottom two cells, the puzzle is solved.
What is the minimum number of moves?
The optimal Klotski solution is 81 moves (exact counting varies by rule set). Under 100 moves is generally considered skilled.
