How do I compress an image?
Pick one or many images, choose the output format, quality and maximum width, then hit "Compress". Every result has a slider you can drag to compare the original and the compressed side by side; download a single file or grab everything as a ZIP. JPG and WebP usually shrink photos a lot; PNG suits graphics that need crisp edges or transparency.

How much quality do I lose?
JPG and WebP are lossy, but around 80% quality is visually indistinguishable while cutting the file dramatically. PNG is lossless and shrinks by reducing colours or dimensions, so keep PNG for images that need crisp edges or transparency.
How does compress-to-target-size work?
Tick the box and enter a target in KB: the tool then tunes the WebP quality parameter to get as close as it can. Note that target mode switches to JPG or WebP automatically, because PNG is lossless and cannot be steered to a precise size.
Why is my output larger than the original?
Small images, or files that are already heavily compressed, can get bigger when re-encoded. In that case just keep the original, or pick the Original preset to skip resizing. The tool shows before and after sizes so you can tell at a glance.
Is the GPS location still in my photo?
No. Images are auto-oriented from their EXIF data while reading, and the export is a freshly encoded file with no EXIF, including GPS coordinates, which makes it safer to share.
Are there size or count limits?
Up to 25 MB per image and 12 images per batch. For responsiveness the tool also flags images wider than 4096 pixels, and extremely wide or tall images are better off resizing first.
