BACONIAN CIPHER
Baconian cipher, five symbols per letter.
Each letter becomes 5 symbols of “A/B” (or 0/1); you can also decode ciphertext back to text. A classic steganography trick and CTF favorite.

What is this?
The Baconian cipher encodes each letter as 5 bits (shown as A/B or 0/1), e.g. A=AAAAA, B=AAAAB. Encoding converts A–Z and ignores other characters; decoding reads groups of five (I/J and U/V share a code, per the traditional table).
FAQ
Why are I and J the same?
The traditional Baconian alphabet has 24 letters, so I/J and U/V share a code — a historical quirk and a common CTF trap.
